The safety and well being of our guests have always been incredibly important to us. We take great pride in presenting our little Farm House. However, you rightly expect a safe, clean and protected environment.

The Corona Virus crisis has brought this into sharp focus for us at il Casaletto. This is why we have launched a new rigorous, cleaning regime. We like to call it our enhanced hygiene promise, “Protect & Clean”.

It is our covid-19 cleaning promise. It is another level of cleaning that we needed to implement to keep our guest safe and confident. Moreover, it is designed to help keep guests and oue working colleagues safe at this important time.
It is our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As part of our Clean and protect promise, we have updated the procedure for cleaning your room during your stay. On the 4th day of your stay, we can provide you with a new room. However, if you are happy staying in your current room, that’s fine too. If you’d like us to clean it, let us know at reception and tidy away any belongings as we’ll be unable to move them.

Unless you are staying for more than five nights or you specifically request a daily clean, Housekeepers will not enter your room until after you leave. We will only clean your room if you ask us to – otherwise cleaning will take place automatically after six days. 

The health of our staff is crucial to our ability to continue to function. Because of this we encourage our staff to immediately report any change in body temperature and be aware if they have been socially engaging with a person that has or might have been diagnosed with Covid-19.

To minimise touchpoints throughout the hotel, we’ve suspended our left luggage facility until further notice. Unfortunately, this means guests are unable to leave luggage with us at any point during their stay, however, guests can continue to use their room, including for storing luggage until 12pm on the day of departure.

Members of the public will have to wear a face-covering in the public areas of our guest house. However, face coverings are not required in our restaurants with table service.

Children under 11 are not required to wear a face mask. However, we leave it to the discretion of the parents.

Normally we would not supply our guests with Facemask. However, should you need help in purchasing a facemask we shall do our utmost to provide you with one.
